Terms and Conditions

Online Store Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions and Scope of Application

1.1 For any merchandise purchased from the Company’s official online store, customers may process an exchange at any of our physical stores in Hong Kong within fourteen (14) days upon delivery of the merchandise (inclusive of the date of receipt).

1.2 "Dispatch Notice" means the document or notification issued by the Company informing you that the merchandise has been dispatched from the warehouse or is ready for collection, which constitutes the basis for the formation of the Sales Contract.

1.3 "Sales Contract" strictly covers only the merchandise specified in the Dispatch Notice. Any item set out in an Order Confirmation that is not listed in the Dispatch Notice shall not form part of the Sales Contract unless subsequently covered in a separate Dispatch Notice.

1.4 These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all merchandise orders, payments, deliveries, and related services conducted through this website.

2. Formation of Electronic Contract

2.1 You must be an individual consumer acting in a private capacity (and not as a commercial reseller, distributor, or corporate representative) to place an order on this website.

2.2 Upon completing the checkout process and clicking the "Pay Now" button, an Order Confirmation will be issued by the system, which merely acknowledges receipt of your order:

    • Orders may be paid via debit card, credit card, or other designated payment methods; please refer to the checkout page for details;
    • Cash or cheques are strictly not accepted for online purchases;
    • Coupons, promotional codes, or discount codes must be entered during the checkout process to be valid.

2.3 The Order Confirmation constitutes an acknowledgment of receipt of the order only and does not represent acceptance of the order by the Company or the formation of a Sales Contract. A Sales Contract shall only be formed when you receive a "Dispatch Notice" confirming that the merchandise has been dispatched from the warehouse or is ready for collection. Such Sales Contract strictly covers only the merchandise listed in the Dispatch Notice; any item in the Order Confirmation that is not listed in the Dispatch Notice shall not form part of the Sales Contract unless subsequently covered in a separate Dispatch Notice.

3. Products, Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

3.1 Promotions and Discount Codes

    • Discounts and qualifying discount thresholds exclude delivery charges, and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
    • Exclusive offers may apply solely to online purchases and may not be applicable in physical retail stores. Where merchandise enjoys an exclusive offer online but is sold at original retail price in physical stores, you shall not be entitled to claim any refund for the price difference.
    • 3.2 Product InformationThe experience of purchasing apparel and accessories online differs from purchasing in physical retail stores. While the Company endeavors to ensure the accuracy of all product information and descriptions on the website, such content may not at all times be complete, current, or completely error-free.
    • Important Notes:
      • (i) Color displays may be affected by the display settings of your computer, mobile phone, or other electronic devices, and may vary from the actual product;
      • (ii) Product dimensions, patterns, and appearance may be subject to reasonable tolerances and variations inherent in manufacturing processes; the merchandise actually delivered may differ slightly from the images and descriptions on the website.

3.3 Pricing Information

    • The Company shall use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that pricing information on the website is accurate and up-to-date; however, pricing discrepancies may still occur due to system processing errors or other reasons.
    • The Company is under no obligation to provide merchandise to you at any erroneous price, including where the price is manifestly lower than the original selling price.
    • All prices and charges on this website are denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and may be subject to additional delivery charges, which will be clearly indicated during the ordering process. The total transaction amount shall be set forth in the Order Confirmation and the Dispatch Notice.
    • Delivery charges will be itemized and clearly displayed on the payment page. If you hold a discount or promotional code, you must enter it correctly during the ordering process to redeem the relevant offer. Promotional codes or discounts cannot be applied retroactively once the order has been confirmed.
    • Prior to your receipt of the Dispatch Notice, the Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the application of any promotional offers or discounts.

3.4 Product Availability

    • All items in an Order Confirmation are subject to actual stock availability.
    • In the event of merchandise unavailability or supply shortages, the Company reserves the right to cancel the relevant item(s) in the Order Confirmation and arrange a refund via the original payment method. The actual crediting time of the refund is subject to the processing schedule of the respective payment service provider or financial institution.
